How to Export

Exporting a Report

  1. Navigate to the Analysis tab

  2. Ensure your report has been generated

  3. Click Export or the download icon

  4. Select PDF format

  5. Wait for the document to generate

  6. Download when ready

Exporting Slides

  1. Open the Slides panel in Analysis

  2. Ensure your slides are complete

  3. Click Export to PDF

  4. Wait for generation

  5. Download the file

Before Exporting

  • Review all content in the web interface

  • Verify charts display correctly

  • Check that citations are accurate

  • Ensure personas are complete

  • Use landscape orientation for slides

File Management

Naming Convention

Exported files are named:

{study-name}-{export-type}-{date}.pdf

Example: customer-satisfaction-report-2024-01-15.pdf

File Size

File sizes vary based on:

  • Number of charts

  • Image quality settings

  • Report length

  • Number of slides

Typical sizes:

  • Short report: 1-5 MB

  • Full report: 5-15 MB

  • Slide deck: 2-10 MB

Troubleshooting

Export Taking Too Long

Large exports may take longer. If it times out:

  • Try exporting fewer sections

  • Reduce image quality

  • Export in sections if possible

Charts Not Displaying

If charts appear incorrectly:

  • Refresh the page and retry

  • Verify charts load in the web interface

  • Contact support if issues persist

Formatting Issues

If the PDF looks different than expected:

  • Check page size and orientation settings

  • Preview in the web interface first

  • Try a different quality setting

PowerPoint

For editable presentations:

  • Export slides as PowerPoint (.pptx)

  • Edit in Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides
