Your workspace is where all your research lives. It provides an organized view of your studies, campaigns, and team activity.

The Studies Dashboard

When you log in, you see your studies dashboard—the central hub for all your research.

What You See

  • Your studies - All studies you have access to

  • Study status - Quick visual indicator of each study's stage

  • Recent activity - Most recently updated studies appear first

  • Quick actions - Create, open, or manage studies

Study Cards

Each study appears as a card showing:

  • Study name

  • Status badge (Draft, Testing, Published, etc.)

  • Response count

  • Last modified date

  • Quick action buttons

Creating Studies

From the Dashboard

  1. Click Create New Study

  2. Describe your research objectives to the AI

  3. Review and customize the generated survey

  4. Test and publish when ready

AI-Assisted Creation

The AI helps you:

  • Generate appropriate questions

  • Structure your survey logically

  • Suggest screening criteria

  • Recommend question types

Organizing Studies

Campaigns

Group related studies into campaigns:

  • Studies for the same project

  • Repeated tracking studies

  • Regional variations of the same survey

Naming Conventions

Use consistent naming to stay organized:

  • Include project or client name

  • Add date or version if applicable

  • Be descriptive but concise

Good: "Q1 2024 Customer Satisfaction - Enterprise" Bad: "Survey 1"

Finding Studies

  • Search - Type study name or keyword

  • Filter by status - Show only certain statuses

  • Sort - By name, date, or status

Bulk Views

  • All studies - Everything you have access to

  • Recent - Most recently updated

  • Active - Currently collecting responses

Main Areas

From the workspace, access:

  • Create - Build your survey

  • Recruit - Set up participant recruitment

  • Responses - Monitor incoming data

  • Analysis - Generate and explore reports

Switching Between Studies

Click any study card to open it. The left sidebar shows your current position within the study.

Best Practices

Organization

  • Archive completed studies to reduce clutter

  • Use campaigns for related work

  • Apply consistent naming conventions

  • Update status as studies progress

Collaboration

If your organization has multiple users:

  • All users see shared studies

  • Coordinate who's editing to avoid conflicts

  • Use clear naming so others understand each study's purpose

Regular Maintenance

  • Review studies periodically

  • Archive old studies

  • Check for studies stuck in draft or testing
