What You See
Your studies - All studies you have access to
Study status - Quick visual indicator of each study's stage
Recent activity - Most recently updated studies appear first
Quick actions - Create, open, or manage studies

Each study appears as a card showing:
Study name
Status badge (Draft, Testing, Published, etc.)
Response count
Last modified date
