Manage your personal account settings including profile information, password, and language preferences.
Accessing Settings
Click your account icon or name in the navigation to access account settings.
Profile Settings
What You Can Update
First Name - Your first name
Last Name - Your last name
Email - Your login email (may require verification)
Changing Your Name
Go to Account Settings
Click Edit Profile (or similar)
Update your first and/or last name
Save changes
Your name appears in:
Your profile
Study attribution
Team views (if applicable)
Email Settings
Changing Your Email
Go to Account Settings
Find Email or Login section
Enter your new email address
You may need to verify the new email
Save changes
š Note: Your email is your login username. After changing it, use the new email to sign in.
Password Management
Changing Your Password
Go to Account Settings
Find Password or Security section
Enter your current password
Enter and confirm your new password
Save changes
Password Requirements
Create a strong password:
Minimum 8 characters
Mix of letters and numbers recommended
Avoid common words or patterns
Forgot Your Password?
If you can't log in:
Go to the login page
Click Forgot Password
Enter your email address
Check your email for a reset link
Click the link and create a new password
The reset link expires after a short time. Request a new one if it expires.

The Deepfield interface is available in:
English - Full support
French - Full support
Setting Your Interface Language
Go to Account Settings
Find Language Preferences
Select your preferred language
Save changes
The interface updates to your chosen language.

Your interface language doesn't affect your surveys or reportsāthose have their own language settings.

Log out when using shared computers
Report suspicious activity to support
Session Management
Your session may expire after a period of inactivity. If you're logged out unexpectedly:
Log back in with your credentials
If issues persist, try clearing browser cookies
Contact support if problems continue
Deleting Your Account
To delete your account:

Confirm your identity
Account and data will be removed
