Understanding credits, usage tracking, and billing

Updated today

Deepfield uses a credit system to track and manage your survey research usage.

How Credits Work

What Are Credits?

Credits are the currency for collecting survey responses:

  • Each completed response consumes credits

  • Credit cost varies by respondent type and targeting

  • Your organization has a credit pool

Credit Balance

Your organization's credit balance represents:

  • Available credits - What you can use now

  • Total allocated - Credits added to your account over time

  • Used credits - Credits consumed by responses

Checking Your Balance

In Account Settings

  1. Go to Account Settings

  2. Find the Credits or Billing section

  3. View:

    • Current balance

    • Credits used

    • Total credits allocated

In Study Views

When recruiting participants, you'll see:

  • Estimated cost for current configuration

  • Impact on your balance
