Dashboard Layout
When you sign in to Deepfield, you'll see the main dashboard with your studies and workspace overview.
Studies List
The studies list shows all your research projects with key information:
Column | Description |
Title | Study name (click to open) |
Status | Current state: Draft, Testing, Translation, Feasibility, Live, Completed |
Created | When the study was created |
Responses | Number of completed responses |
Study List Controls
Pagination: Navigate between pages of studies (20 per page)
Sorting: Click column headers to sort by that field
Create New: Click the "Create New Study" button to start fresh
Study Statuses
Each study progresses through these statuses:
Status | Description |
Draft | Initial editing phase - modify questions freely |
Testing | Internal testing mode - generate test links |
Translation | Multi-language translation phase |
Feasibility | Pre-launch feasibility check |
Live | Published and collecting responses |
Completed | Data collection finished |
Archived | Hidden from main view |

Within each study, navigate using these tabs:

Build and edit your survey with the AI chat interface. View your study structure, add sections and questions, configure logic.

Set up participant recruitment:
Configure panels and demographics

Monitor incoming data:
