Start a new study with AI, configure settings, and manage your research projects

AI-Powered Study Creation

Deepfield uses AI to generate complete study structures from natural language descriptions. This accelerates study design while maintaining research quality.

Using the PromptPage

The PromptPage is your starting point for new studies:

AI Study Creation

  1. Text Input: Type your research objectives directly

  2. Voice Input: Click the microphone to speak your requirements

  3. Transcript Upload: Paste meeting notes, briefs, or research documentation

Example Prompts

Good prompts include context about your research:

"I'm launching a new coffee product and need to understand purchase drivers among urban professionals aged 25-40. Focus on taste preferences, packaging, and price sensitivity."

"We need to evaluate customer satisfaction for our mobile banking app, specifically around UX, security perceptions, and feature requests."

Study Settings

Configure your study via the settings dialog:

Respondent Type

Choose between:

  • B2C (Consumer): Standard consumer research with age/gender demographics

  • B2B (Business): Business respondents with country-based targeting

This affects available demographic criteria in the Recruit tab.

Managing Studies

Duplicate Study

Create a copy of an existing study:

  1. Open the study you want to copy

  2. Click the menu icon (three dots)

  3. Select Duplicate

The copy includes all questions, sections, and logic but starts fresh with no responses.

Rename Study

Update the study title:

  1. Click the study title in the header

  2. Edit the title in the dialog

  3. Click Save

Edit Study Details

Modify description and introduction:

  1. Click the settings icon

  2. Update the fields

  3. Click Save

πŸ’‘ Tip: Changes to study settings don't affect already-collected responses. You can update titles and descriptions at any time.
