When to Generate Reports
Minimum Data Recommended
Study Type | Minimum Responses |
Quantitative | 50+ completions |
Qualitative | 20+ completions |
Mixed methods | 30+ completions |
Optimal Timing
Generate reports when:
Target sample achieved
Key quotas filled
Quality review complete
Stakeholders ready for insights
Iterative Reports
You can generate multiple reports:
As data comes in (interim)
At different milestones
In different languages
After removing low-quality responses
π‘ Tip: Wait until you have at least 80% of target completions before generating your final report. Early reports may miss important patterns.
Troubleshooting
Report Generation Failed
If generation fails:
Check that you have enough responses
Verify data quality
Try generating again
Contact support if issues persist
Long Generation Times
Complex studies take longer:
More responses = longer processing
Open-ended responses need analysis
Multiple languages add time
Typical times:
50 responses: 2-5 minutes
200 responses: 5-15 minutes
500+ responses: 15-30 minutes
